NoiseMap securely stores data about customers that are legitimately required to manage their accounts, including customer names, addresses and contact details, and software licences held.  We do not share this information with any third party.

We may occasionally use this information to keep customers informed of the status of their accounts and software licences held and to advise them of updates to our software that we consider to be of interest to them.

Customers may request details of the information we hold about them and may request us to update those details.  Customers may request their details to be deleted from our records.

The holder of a licence must permit NoiseMap Ltd to keep their details in our records to ensure proper management of the licence. The terms of our licence do not permit its transfer to a third party without our prior agreement.
